Another rainy sunday, another ~1000 words written on the thesis. I’m tracking my progress in a spreadsheet. Very nearly built a web app to track it but decided the half day I’d need to build that was probably better spent actually writing… #phd #thesis

@underlap nice idea - it was a bit scary to actually go through and put approx word targets in there but I find myself pleasantly surprised!
@jamesravey Great stuff. Now stick to your daily word target and allow plenty of time for editing and I'm sure you'll do well (says he, never having written a thesis).
@jamesravey Why not add target # words and deadline so you/we can see if you are on track?
